Poland’s Ministry of Finance has proposed a flat 40 PLN fee on all vaping devices. Announced by Deputy Finance Minister Jarosław Neneman during a parliamentary subcommittee meeting, the tax targets both disposable and reusable vaporizers, including heated tobacco products.
Neneman highlighted that the levy is specifically designed to impose a significant financial burden on cheap, single-use e-cigarettes, which are highly popular among youth.
